Prepare for Avian Influenza (Bird Flu)

Avian influenza is an infection caused by the bird flu virus.

Although avian influenza is an infection usually infects birds, infections can also occur in humans. This factor, it is important to learn and in an attempt to reduce the risk of infection conscious. - Steer clear of poultry and raw meat while listening to an outbreak

- All meats are cooked thoroughly

- Maintain a healthy diet and exercise regularly

- Get your flu shots seasonally

And remember,if you were exposed to the virus, or know someone who has, it is important to monitor symptoms and promptly seek out a doctor immediately. In response to an infection in a timely manner can mean the difference between survival and death.
